Great food, friendly staff, nice patio! My wife and I have been here for lunch several Saturdays this summer.
We keep coming back because the food is ALWAYS good and the service is ALWAYS terrific! The staff is very friendly & helpful and makes this place feel like a family-owned restaurant even though it's part of a chain!
We've got a Service Dog in-service & 1 in training and they love coming too because they're always welcome.
We live about 45 miles away but have been driving past everyplace else to keep coming back here. -

At one time, this was one of our favorite restaurants to eat at, but it seems over the last couple.of years to have gone downhill quickly.
This last visit this evening, my wife wanted to celebrate her birthday here.
We went in and was surprised to find out it was not that busy with several tables and booths opened.
Asking for either places, the hostess left to check what was available and came back offering us a booth in the bar area.
We decided to go ahead and take this, however we now feel this was a big mistake.
To me, waiting is a big issue and I actually check the time when we are seated. We saw a couple of wait persons running in and out, but at the 8 minute mark, my wife was getting visibly upset that we had not even been approached to ask for a drink order.
She got up and stated we were leaving, and this was not a problem for me.
Restaurant was fairly quiet as the crowd inside was low, but if they are either this short staffed and several open (and cleaned tables) cannot be used on a Saturday, then something is wrong.
Wish they would consider thinking that their customers actually need service to pay the bills. While we were leaving, I noticed a few other customers who had been seated before us did not have drinks (and silverware was still wrapped, so no meals either) also, making me think they just do not care.
If you do not care about your customers and making sure they are taken care of timely, then we do not feel you need our business either.
You used to be good, but now...not too sure anymore (and I really had my eyes on that veal marsala). -

The last time I visited this place was as a student in Columbus during graduation and 6 years later I was back at this location in Colorado.
We came here for a late lunch having just landed and we were seated promptly and served portions of bread with a tasty dip.
For starters we got:
1. Three cheese and sausage stuffed mushrooms - Delicious, creamy and melt in your mouth. The creamy tomato sauce that it came with paired so well with the bread as well
2. Calamari - This was cooked well and not too chewy
3. Mozzarella Marinara - It's what you expect - cheesy goodness.
For the mains we got:
1. Shrimp and Scallop Linguine Alla Vodka - This was also okay
2. A veggie penne pasta in vodka sauce - made upon request - This I found a bit dry and could have been better. The balance between the red and white sauce was missing, leaning more towards the former.
3, Margherita Pizza - nice, thin, crisp and a simple pizza to enjoy
Overall, for a restaurant chain this place isn't too bad. It's not the best Italian that you may have but it's pretty decent for what it's worth. -

The salad was great. I had chicken parm with penne pasta. Pasta was cold and the parm was average. Probably will not go back for awhile

1st Visit, in town with Family for the weekend. Browsing over the menu, there were many intriguing options to choose from. Settled on the Lobster Ravioli w/Ceasar salad to start. Portion size was spot on for the price along with the quality of the meal. Clear and present chunks of Lobster in the filling and seasoned very well. If I had to say on thing, the sauce could have been a bit more creamy. The Ceasar salad was awesome! The dressing had just the right amount of tart without making your face twinge. Lol! I also tasted the prosciutto wrapped asparagus and while I'm not a huge fan of asparagus, it was great!! We need this place in StL!
